Edison Telecom prides ourselves on the quality of the service that we offer, we also understand that due to the scope of our client base that different clients have different needs and requirements. This is why we have created a bespoke tier system for our maintenance contracts.
Bronze – Certificate to show that Edison understand the products/system, willing to respond if necessary.
Silver – Certificate to show that Edison understand the products/system and Includes over the phone assistance and a planned maintenance visit (annual test)
Gold – Certificate to show that Edison understand the products/system and Includes same day call out service.
Platinum/Hospital – Certificate to show that Edison understand the products/system and our Out of hours service.
